Hi,
Two days ago my phone stopped being able to send pictures in messages, and downloading messages from group mails. Whatsapp, Signal, and Telegram are NOT affected, just the simple messaging / texting
I've changed the APN as directed. I've created a new profile with the new instructions, since the default Public Mobile is grey-out. My spouse is also with public mobile, and his phone works just fine.
Please advise

Moto G6 Play should be new enough. If you are certain you have the correct APN, have PM agent to check again

HI @Tuna99 what phone are you using?
Telus (PM) has retired some legacy servers and old phones from 2017 before will be affected
and check if you have these APN settings
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
