Picture message

Can't send picture messages now.   I have been with Public for many years and it works in this phone no problem for years. 

I already rebooted the phone but still not sending

try Reset all networks firsr

But if you have an older phone from 2017 and before, it might be affected by some PM recent changes.  Try this APN update :
