Hi,
I recently redeemed 1GB data in November with 15pts and then subsequently received the free 1GB Holiday data. However, both of these data do not show up in my account as an add-on. Is this normal? How will I be able to know how much of the add-on data I've already used?

Website has been finicky.
You can try to login on a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. That will "update" your self service account.
