On December 2, when I sign into my account, it shows that I’ve used half of my data for the month. When I look at data usage in my account, it shows that I’ve only used 9 MB. What’s going on? Why don’t those numbers agree?

Are you saying that the summary says about half of your data is used for the more detailed specifics for usage history only show about 9MB.  The detailed results aren't shown in real time and only get updated during the middle of the night. The counter on the overview page is the more up-to-date data usage number.

@Voodle hi there is a cache issue with accounts,use a different browser in private or incognito mode sign back in an see if it clears up
