It says I went over on data (I'm not even sure I did that or how it is possible) and then it disconnected my ability to call and receive calls and texting as well. Why? How? It's been a couple weeks now. Do I get reimbursed? Will it reconnect at next payment?? Who do I even talk to about this...

@-__- you could possibly try the lost stilen trick that seems to work for several situations.
also any way to try your sim in a differnt phone isolates hardware vs account issues.

I would like to think that data and phone are two different things so it is quite the coincidence it said I am 95% with my data when it cut everything. (Which I'm not even sure how unless I watched YouTube by accident instead of wifi).
Fall 2016 12gb unlimited talk text plan. Nothing changed with payment been on autopay for years. It was in the middle of 2 months out of three not set to renew until November 9. Already paid in August. This is pretty ridiculous I need this phone to work. I guess I knew Public works until it doesn't work... and then screwed.
Yes I checked those things aready who do I talk to that works here? What am I even paying for?
