Data not working

My dada stopped working since yesterday. I turned on/off airplane, turned off/on phone, switched to another phone, and manually selected network. It still doesn’t work. 
Cellular is On. Network is Public Mobile. Data usage is 1G out of 20G. It shows “5G” on the top right corner of the phone screen. But consistently shows “your iPhone is not connected to Internet.” 
I am at Pickering Ontario. 
Please help. Thank you!

The Cellular setting is OFF for most APPs. ! I’m new to use mobile data. I do not know that I need manually turn ON data setting for each APP.

HI @SarahWei 

Please try reboot the phone first

If still no data, make sure you didn't disable data as a whole on the device or you didn't disable data for some particular app on that Mobile data screen

You can also try to "Reset All networks"

@SarahWei  Try resetting network settings . Is it possible to try SIM card in another phone to test if. Services are working correctly

just in case you are not reading the correct data amount left from cached info, please login My Account once more using Incognito mode

If you have enough data left, please change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G or 4G and test it out and see if it works

If you have another phone around, test your PM sim card there to rule out the possibility of any device issue
