My data usage did not refresh after monthly payment. Still showing old available data. I am on a $25 plan

@Shalakagodha Please try again with Incognito mod as well as the "refresh" trick shared above.
Usually they should be good. However, there are small number of customers whose accounts do not have the new data limit loaded onto the accounts after renewal. So, if you do not see your data refreshed with new bucket of 1GB data, please open ticket with PM Support

I've been having the same issue, I just click on the refresh button below the usage stats. Though it can be inaccurate by a couple hundred megabytes....

Refresh page, try different browser, try opening page in incognito mode, clear browser's cache.

@Shalakagodha Hi try deleting your cache and cookies try a different browser in ingognito mode reboot your computer or device
