Data Stopped Working

I signed up for the 12g for 3 month promo plan and my data stopped working all of a sudden. I logged in and checked my plan and under add ons, it doesn't state 12g data, nor does it show my data usage, unlike my friend that signed up for the same plan at the same time- his shows 12g data under add one and includes overview of usage. I've checked my settings and everything is accurate. Please help!

I do appreciate will do one in future I i didn't know that first I only join this community fourm 2 weeks ago still learning lots of good information which keep adding more knowledge to my brain library from user like you @ShawnC13 ,@luddite , and @srlawren thx for keeping me updated and suggesting me better way to handle issues for other users thx guys

As @ShawnC13 mentioned, tagging one moderator has the effect of tagging all. When you tag any moderator or send any moderator a private message, the request goes into a pool of questions that is distributed to all the moderators. This info is from the article Contacting Our Community Moderators, under "Which moderator should I contact."

+1.  Sometimes there's no need to tag any moderators at all.  Some discretion would be helpful to the hard working moderators.

@Samianauman, there is no need to tag two mods in this matter they will all get the messate as soon as you tag one of them.  In this instance I am pretty sure that this member has used all of their data.  So there is nothing that tagging a mod would help them with

@Joyceness, if it is not showing under your addons you have used up all of your data.  It is a known glitch.  A couple of options depending on how long until your renewal.  You can purchase a data addon to get you to your renewal date and anything unused would carry over, or you just wait until that renewal date.
