Why isn't my service working?
Why isn't the "contact us" link working?
How can I ask PM for help?
I've was a PM customer prior to january 2015.
No data plan.

@balanovich should still have access to call centre service... if they are still on the grandfathered plan.

Payments are in order.
*611 doesn't work either. I get the same "emergency calls only" message
The contact us page finally worked and I was able to send to a email for support. We'll see what happens.

HI @balanovich - Contact Us link seems to be temporarily timing out but will be up shortly. Meanwhile please check the account status on Self Serve to ensure the account is in Active status. If you are on one of the pioneer plans, call us at 18554PUBLIC, i.e. 1855-478-2542 or by dialling *611 from your Public Mobile phone.
