i have order the sim card and pay for it almost 50 bucks in November
did not received sim card until now. contacted support few times ( ticket) did not get any answers.
it there anybody who can help me with this?

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here, but if it was since Nov, it has been too long
Best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
