Data Does't Work

Turned to public mobile 11 days ago, but my data has't worked. pls tell me how to do.

Hi @cathy-SIM 

I had the same problem upon activation, so I'm assuming you might have a problem with your APN. Try using the link below to configure it. After doing this and restarting my phone, my data started working immediately.

If you have an iPhone, just go through Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network and you can configure it with the same details given in the link above.

HI  @cathy-SIM  usually data issue is APN.

are you on iPhone or Android?

for iPhone, try to Reset network settings and then make sure Carrier profiles is PM is is up-to-date

if you have an Android, Reset all networks and test.  Let us know what APN settings you have and what make or model your phone is

FIrst, if you have the ability, please download the Public Mobile app via WiFi. You can check to see how much data you have left to use. If you're out of data, the data will stop working altogether.

@cathy-SIM  You have cellular data turned on in phone settings ? Have you tried to restart the phone and your sure you still have data left are you in an unlimited plan ?
