if your cellphone isn't on the Public Mobile whitelist of volte enabled phones...you won't be successful in placing calls while in US using Public Mobile.  Click this link and scroll down to whitelisted phones...

did you turn on Roaming data on the phone? 

which network the phone connects to ? try manual connect to T-Mobile or AT&T or Verizon

@Haren  Try phone set to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile -AT&T or verizon

so, no calls no data when you are in Florida?

Reboot phone once more and make sure you have Roaming data turned on

Change network mode to 4G or LTE for easier connection.

try manual connect to all these 3 networks and see which one works: T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon
