I'm not sure it's really necessary to be rude when someone asks a question here and public doesn't exactly make it very easy or clear how to go about a lot of things around and this community is the place they encourage customers to ask and receive answers even for what may seem to be very obviously stated support options to those who respond here all the time.

It is CLEARLY stated that PM does NOT have live support. So no point of complaining. Open a ticket or contact agents directly.

The only way to contact support here is to interact with the chatbot and submit a ticket. You can try sending a private message if you like by selecting your envelope box and typing in cs_agent which is how I contacted the support reps last year.
