Customer service activated me but assigned new number and can’t receive anything.

So screwed up can’t reach public or Koodo. For CS. I thought Koodo was bad, public CS makes them look great

Can’t access original mail cause I can’t receive the six digit number to log in.

Is your Koodo account still active? Did you receive a text on the old sim to authorize the number to be ported? If you didn’t reply yes to that text on the old sim you will have to get Customer Service to restart the porting process. 

The below link will allow you to private message a customer support agent directly in order to get a response
