Cannot get by the payment stage for activation

Error message, cannot activate a new number or reach a live agent. Help please

I would try clearing the app data/cache on your phone and then log back into the PM app and see if you can proceed to the end. If you have an Android phone you can go into the phone's settings to clear the app data/cache after selecting the app. If you have an iPhone you will need to uninstall the PM app, then restart your phone and reinstall the app and of course log back in. If this does not work you will unfortunately need to reach a CS_agent (clicking on the orange circle in the bottom right corner of your screen). Please note that their hours are: Monday - Sunday, 9am - 10pm EST

I put in my payment info and it says it was successful, but won’t let me continue past that stage

Yes, same postal code. And yes I have been using the app. I don’t know what is going on.

Is the registered postal code same as the postal code of your CC?

Are you activating the SIM on the PM app?

Both must be met to activate the SIM.

so, you didn't get to payment step and not pay yet?

were you using PM app?  If not, download and try

if you were using app, can you uninstall and reinstall? Use another email to create a new account and if possible, use another credit card as well
