Hello, I need a copy of current invoice (paid a couple of days ago) that clearly shows what was paid, the plan I am on (i.e. that it is for 90 days) and my name and phone number. Thank you

I too have asked a question to CS_Agent and it has been about an hour.
Usually Agent will reply within 20 minutes has been my experience in last 6 months.
Guessing there is a backlog they are dealing with - they will reply and you should see an e-mail at same time as reply.

Does anyone know turn around time with direct message to CS agent? It has been over 2 hours and I have not heard back and I don't know what is normal.

Thanks, but that does not help as those receipts do not show details of the plan I am on or even my phone number and are not accepted as proof for reimbursement purposes.

You can download an official invoice in pdf format from your account when you log in. Link below!
Public Mobile offers a low cost No Frills Pre-Paid service and this is how they provide payment records.
You can download official receipts in your Account - Payment History
Log Into to My Account, Payment History page
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history
You will see Upcoming Payment box and on the bottom there is:
View Payment History (Text Link) - Click the Link - Payment History will populate with last 3 months of payments and to the far right of each payment/Top-Up you will see a Download Receipt Link - Those are the invoices - you can grab them after each payment....
Alternatively as pointed out below you can ask support for a official invoice
