Hello,
I would like to have the detailed invoices for the months of January to March 2023 please.
I know the March invoice is to be processed this weekend. The request can be made right after that time if possible.

No, simply use the pin option instead of the log in option. The private message option requires you to do all kinds of verification anyway. If you don't know your pin and you can log in to the account as normal access (not the ticket one) then you can change your pin and then use that option. I find it works much better.

Hello, I am getting the error 404 message when I try to submit a ticket. I have refreshed the page and deleted the cache as suggested, and still getting the error mesage.

@ylanla - you can also download your details yourself, even by selecting certain dates in the criteria in your My Account here, if this may suit your purposes:

You can login your account and customize the dates you need from January to yesterday date in March then print the calls, text and data used.
For an official invoice, you need to contact a CS_Agent to get you a copy.

@ylanla For official invoice, only PM support can help
and since you need a March one, you will need to open ticket after the weekend, after the payment. And remember, it could take 2 weeks for PM to prepare
