Hi I'm new to public mobile. And when I log in on the app. It tells me to comfirm 6 digit code for full access. But it's not sending a 6 digit code to my phone number.  I ported my number from bell

 And can send and receive texts and phone calls

Click on Resend Code and pick e-mail. You will get 6-digit code by email so you will be able to log in.

If you can't get the 6 digit code sent to your phone, you can have it sent to your email. Here's how.

Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone?

First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********.  But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screenshot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.

Then, the next window that pops up is this.

Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your keypad.

You should now be able to get into your account.

@WendyMort  Can you recieve phone calls ? Or do they just go to voicemail? If going to voicemail can be indication that port wasn’t complete . Did you leave bell sim card in the phone to reply YES to confirmation text to port ? I’ll send you the keying team number private message  they can give status update on the port and re trigger it if needed . If issues persist you can use this direct link to support to investigate there end

check if your Bell sim got the message

if not, put your PM sim in the phone, then ask the code again and it might send to your PM sim
