When I signed up, I chose the wrong plan by accident. How do I switch to the correct plan? I meant to select the $29/month option with 30GB of data.

If you can look into "My Account", try to click the icon "change subscrition" then choose the right one to switch it youself.
Otherwise contact CS_agent for help, All Public CS_agent is very nice!

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond. Make sure to include as much account info when you message them...ie: phone number, account number, old cell provider ..etc.
