Black Friday plan 5g isn’t working

Hi! 
My subscription just switched over to the Black Friday plan (I had a 90 day subscription before and I set it to switch after my subscription ended) but so far, my data has only been LTE. My old plan had 5G and I’m quite sure my phone settings haven’t changed over night. I double checked and my phone data is set at 5G auto. Anyone else run into this problem?

@pawyeen_1  No need apologize we are all customers here like you trying to help . And your new so there’s that too . But we happy to hear your issue is resolved and happy new year 

@pawyeen_1  Solution are meant to give to the poster  that helped you . Oracles will only remove a self solution anywyas . So seems you should just edit your excepted solution and re assign it to @Chalupa_Batman

Reboot worked! Thanks! Should have thought of that. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@pawyeen_1  .you most likely have your phone set to automatic so when 5G signal is low I’d drops down to 4G/LTE . But even with phone set to LTE up should get better speeds of 100mbs  of 4G plan you can do speed text to comfirm

Hey @pawyeen_1 

Try rebooting the phone and then do a speed test. You can still be in LTE and get up to 250mbps speeds.

What phone do you have?
