I agree with @Sansan
with most usage on the phone, 3Mbps with 3G plan is more than enough, the fact that you can still use 4G network with the 3G plan is a bonus

I still have a very old old 3g plan with a 3g phone. Works fine for my needs lol

@Brianne1 absolutely. You will have no issues even if your phone does not have 5G. Nice thing too is that if you do decide to upgrade your phone down the road 5G plans are already there for you. And, there isn't a very noticeable difference in speed between the 4G/LTE plans and 5G, I can't honestly tell

yes, you can. As long as your phone's 4G is compatible with PM, you can enroll in PM's plan, both 4G plans and 5G plans
the 4G or 5G plans are just speed. With a 5G plans, you can still use it on the 4G network with top speed close to 250Mbps
