Hello,
The compatibility check for Samsung Galaxy A80 said it was compatible, now when I get to step 6 it says it is not supported.
I reached out to an agent and they said they could not assist, and to come here.
thanks for your assistance

check with PM first, sometimes the incompatible error at the end is not accurate. Some people with iPhone got that too, turn out it is not a problem with compatibility but a system issue

Unfortunately, we can only offer assistance here.
I would purchase a physical SIM card and update the SIM number once you have it by contacting an agent again to update the number.

The $4.99 one from Amazon works fine, and if you have prime, you can get it by the next day.

Sorry but I am surprised that an CS_Agent couldn’t help you.
Also surprised that it indicated that the Samsung A80 is eSIM compatible because this is an older phone. Most newer phones that have 5G are eSIM compatible. The A80 is 2G, 3G and 4G/LTE. The only way to check in the future is to go the Cellular setting and look for Add eSIM settings.
You need to purchase a SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10 or Amazon for $5.
Once you have the SIM, start over again on the PM app and enter the SIM S/N since you didn’t complete step 6.

Hello @GuadalupeW
According to Samsungs website, the A80 is not eSIM supported.
