Why am I not receiving the Eversafe ID code that was supposed to be sent to my phone number?

@rai79 - Did you just port in to Public Mobile? Did you just recently change your phone number?
If you just ported into PM recently - please see if you missed replying YES to your old providers text.
If you changed numbers recently - you may have to check your EverSafe ID to see if it hasn't changed yet.
Also click on "Didn't Get the Code?" and select "Send as Email." If there is no option - try hitting "Resend Code" or trying in random numbers 4 times and see if the email option appears.

Hello,
That is an occasional issue upon porting to Public Mobile. You won't be able to authenticate your identity without the code sent to your phone number. I would suggest submitting a request to customer service by writing to them using the following link:

Please be sure to explain the issue to them. They will respond to you in your community inbox so check it from time to time. (Little envelope icon on the top-right of this page).

Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA Code sent by email.

Hey @rai79 Try this.
Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone?
First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screenshot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.
Then, the next window that pops up is this.
Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your keypad.
You should now be able to get into your account.
