hi al, happy to see the bubble is back. Is it still call Simon?

Yes, I received a ticket number and CS_Agent responded back just saying thanks for letting us know the chatbot worked.

And I just tried chatbot again, this time got this error. So I replied back to the ticket that did go through yesterday and gave them this screenshot and said, this time it didn't work.

The trick to "try refreshing the page, erasing cookies, and clearing the cache from your browser" is getting old IMO.

@esjliv, I selected other. I have tried several different selections at other times before & after this. A page opens up & gives me the error message like it does for several other Customers! This is very frustrating! Maybe the chatbot keeps going on strike or sleeping all to often!

No, I have had the same Community Account (username), My Account, Email, Phone # & so on since 2019.

For some odd reason a few can successfully submit a supporting ticket using the chatbot & some cannot! Did the CS_Agent respond back to yours?

@LitlLdy , did you choose 'Other' or another topic? I used 'Other' and it worked.

Did you loss your Community ID and asked for it back? Wonder about this, if relayed.

so, its still on and off, weird. 

PM should fix it and make sure it works most the time before we can direct people to open ticket there.  If we ask them to use Chatbot and error, that will just upset them more

For now, I will keep asking them to submit via message only

@esjliv , it still isn’t for me (using all browsers in private/incognito mode)! Not that I need it but I check now & then so I can update other Customers needing to submit a support ticket.

@hTideGnow , thank you for testing it. It’s disappointing that this has gone on so long with not being fixed! Something that has been broken for so long should be removed until they decide to fix it.

I tested the chatbot to see if it was fixed to try to submit a support ticket through it & nope, it is still broken! 😂 You’d think they would fix it before adding it here again! 🤣

so, are we able to submit ticket using Chabot now? it was broken since the site upgrade
