Data add-on missing, need help

I've never had to seek support until now. The data add-on I had seemed to have disappeared, then I got locked out of my account. Finally got back into my account, now trying to find out what happened to my data. It was a free add-on, 100GB or something, expires in October 2024. Anyone know what happened?

Impossible to get in contact with an agent; AI chatbot horrible... public mobile has been great, but service? wow, really frustrated.

@xae12  that data was given in March and had an expiry of 150 days to use.

It ended around  first week of August regardless if you used it or not.

Hello @xae12 

When did you get this 100GB of free data? If this has to do with Public Mobile giving everyone free data because of canceling Legacy Rewards, those expired months ago.
