Were you trying to purchase add ons on Thursday morning sometime? There was a payment glitch in the system unfortunately. Do you see the extra available funds in your account? Those funds can be used for future plan payments.
If you want it refunded, as mentioned, you will need to contact CSA. It does normally take a couple of weeks for the funds to be refunded.

You will need to open a ticket with customer service. Contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.
