I've been using points to get bill credits for past 2 months, however, no credit was applied to my bill, even though the redeem details show the $20 credit has been applied.
My credit card always charged the full amount without discount.

Check the transaction history on both the rewards portal and My Account, show us the screenshots
Or ask PM directly. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Provide me credit from Oct 4th and Dec 7th in total of $40. Both times I credit was applied to full bill amount charged to my credit card.
