I've been using points to get bill credits for past 2 months, however, no credit was applied to my bill, even though the redeem details show the $20 credit has been applied. My credit card always charged the full amount without discount.
Is it possible to have 2 phone numbers on 2 separate SIM cards added to same online account for Public Mobile, or each phone number need to have a separate Public mobile online account with its own email address ?
I've upgrade mid cycle, only after 2 days since I last made the payment, now when I upgraded the package, it charged me full amount again. What happened to the balance since now I am charged twice on my credit card.
