I've been using points to get bill credits for past 2 months, however, no credit was applied to my bill, even though the redeem details show the $20 credit has been applied. My credit card always charged the full amount without discount. 
How can I downgrade my package to a lower monthly fee package ? It is not showing up the plan that I need to downgrade to. 
Is it possible to have 2 phone numbers on 2 separate SIM cards added to same online account for Public Mobile, or each phone number need to have a separate Public mobile online account with its own email address  ?
Please confirm what is the name on the account. Caller ID / Caller Name as it shows when call from this number.
