Please confirm what is the name on the account.
Caller ID / Caller Name as it shows when call from this number.

@afzsf If you have an active subscription with PM, then you should also have a login/pw.
Use the app or web version to login to your account, from there you can see the name (hopefully yours) on the account and other pertinent information. If you are the owner, and wish to change the information within the account - such as updating your Credit card, changing your sim # etc it can be done after log in. However, if you are not the owner, you wont have access to the account. What is it that you are trying to achieve?

Public Mobile does not send any name with outgoing calls. As such, there isn't any setting to change.
