I everyone,
I recently ported my phone number from my old phone with Bell onto a new phone with Public Mobile. I've responded YES to the confirmation from Bell, and my PM account shows my old number that I wanted to port. However, all inbound calls only go to my old phone (bell line still active), but I can somehow make outbound calls with my new phone with PM with my old number (but can't send messages on my new device). It seems like the porting partially went through? Any help is much appreciated.

Can you help me as well? I'm also having similar issues. My ported number shows up in the pm account. But my esim doesn't allow texting or dialing now. I was over on ctexcel.
I tried 3 esim downloads but all results in not provisioned message.

it is a stuck port.
there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
