I can’t get access to my account to pay my bill. I’m not receiving my access code and it says my number isn’t registered.

If you stopped payment for longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed, your SIM will no longer work and you lost your number.
But if you kept up with payment. Try dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone if you have a registered CC or debit.
If not, you can purchase a voucher and enter the voucher number and pin at the same numbers.
Voucher are available at 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples to restore service.

If you call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, enter your phone number, does the system find your account?
