Sos only. New sim won’t work

Where can I ask help? Because I just help a friend activate his new SIM card and registration is complete and activated, but there is no signal and can’t call, or send txt. I try to put on my phone which I use public mobile as well but it says sos only.

If it didn’t work on both phones. Where did you buy the SIM? It could have been activated if you bought it privately.

If it was from a store then there is a provisional backend issue with the SIM so contact a CS_Agent for assistance to fix.

Did your friend activate a new phone number or port over a number? 

Was the credit card charged? Did your friend receive a welcome email yet?

If account activation issue, your friend will need to contact customer service agent.
