Ported from Eastlink yesterday but now not connecting to Public Mobile. Like eSIM not registering?

Try scanning the QR code in the welcome email from Public Mobile and then restarting your phone

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on and see if that helps.

@llangille Probably best to contact Public Mobile customer service, if you can open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page that's the preferred way but if that doesn't work for you, send a private message using this link

Answered yes to Eastlink and Eastlink not working. Confirmed with Eastlink account is closed

@llangille Did you reply Yes to the SMS from Eastlink authorizing the port, within 90 minutes of receiving it? Does your Eastlink sim still work?
