I reduced my package to the lowest possible plan over a year ago as I was no longer in the country, but I wanted to keep my phone number for when I returned. Upon reviewing my credit card statements, I found that I was still being charged the original amount. Accepting that it might have been my error that my plan never switched, I cancelled my subscription and accepted the cost. However, I have now noticed that even after cancelling I am still being charged! I have not used my sim or number in over a year. Is there any way to be refunded?

How did you cancel your subscription? You need to unsubscribe by disable the Subscribe (AutoPay) button and after 90 days of nonpayment payment. Your account will be closed, SIM will no longer work and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.
Good thing you are paying and your account is still active so you can keep your current number. You would have lost your number if you stopped payment for 1 year.
If you want to keep your number…you will need to continue to pay your monthly payment.
If you don’t care about keeping your number. You can contact a CS_Agent for a refund and close your account and number will be returned to the carrier.

@Kelsie13 So you have toggled "subscribed" to "unsubscribed" and it's still charging you? You can open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If that doesn't work for you then send support a private message using this link
