Hi I just paid my monthly subscription payment of $30 ,today was my renewal day about 20 minutes later I realized that I can get more data for $5 dollars more a month so since I just paid it if I switched subscriptions I should only have to pay the difference which should be $5 , if anyone could provide some information I would appreciate it , thank you and have a good day

@TP505 Your best to just use the change plan on renewal option to ensure you get the plan with out losing $ PM is pre paid and no refunds . But you can ask support hopefully you haven’t already used any of the plan data

no, PM is prepaid and does not allow you to "upgrade" like that
proper way is to go back and pick the plan and choose Change on Renewal and have the new plan start next month
but if you really want it now, you can try ask support agent for help, maybe they will allow
