Hello,
I put in a request to change my subscription and it renewed yesterday and charged me the new subscription cost but it seems I am still on the old subscription. How do I change it? @CS_Agent

And you logged out and back in using secret or incognito mode and it still doesn't chnage?
If not then use the orange chat bubble yo create a ticket or send a direct messages to agent without tagging the community as they don't read these messages.
