if PM has not charged you yet, the quickest way to get it working again is to use another email to start a new account and run the subscription again
if you decide to do that, please uninstall and reinstall the app first, then use anther email address to start

It seems your post got cut short. What error are you seeing, could it be getting blocked by the bank?

@Jimmy51 The most important thing is that the postal code matches that of the credit card on file . Also you’re using the app to activate ? If your using the app clear data cache or uninstall it and re install it and when you open the app make sure your allow location sharing and that you picked the correct province
