The old loyalty plan was better, does changing plans automatically opt you into the new point system?

@IWorkForRogers , also ignore the points emails should you get them. For some accounts they are being sent out in error. If you see 0 points earned that is an indicator of a errant email.

As long as you DON’T click on switch to the Point System you are good to go.

HI @IWorkForRogers Ok to change plan without worry about your old rewards system. Switch plan and rewards system is same. My family member just switched one last month too and keeping the old rewards system

@IWorkForRogers No it doesn’t you can keep old rewards . I can confirm I just switched to the 15GB for$40 plan and kept my old rewards

@IWorkForRogers nothing changed. Changing plan would not affect your rewards system. You will be on the old system even you make plan change
