Referral code change possible? If so, without affecting current points?

Hi, I am asking for a friend who wishes to change the referral code.

Yeah, figured that's what your asking but I've never heard anyone asking that before  🤭. 

The 0's and o's, I and l can be confusing for sure...  

Always copy and paste to prevent errors.

Thanks for clarifying. 

I am confident CS Agents will say no. I believe that code is almost like an ID for them. It's linked to who referred them and who they've referred. I think the only way to change that code is to leave and come back.

This is the way I am reading this. Your "Friend" used a referral code and no longer wishes that referral code and use a different one. Sadly, once you use a referral code, there's no changing it. The ONLY way for your "Friend" to use a new referral code is to start a new account and lose the number and start from scratch.

So they have a code but don't like the code and wants to get a different code? Not sure if that's possible. 

That person or you on behalf of them would need to sign into Your Account and submit a ticket through the Chatbot and ask as CS agent if that's possible.

sorry, once the referral code is accepted, it cannot be change. 

Not sure if the one (account) you used is leaving PM and you want to change to another active account, sorry this cannot be done

@spacecrafty   Do you mean your friend doesn't like the referral code they were assigned, or that they subscribed and used someone's referral code that they now want to switch to someone else's, or..?
