Changed plan for next payment date and the wrong plan was applied

My plan renewed on March 24 and I got charged $35 +tax for this new plan (. I can't even find the plan, but it only had 3g of data at 4g speed and there's no way I would've picked that. Because I was in a pinch and needed data on vacation, I immediately paid for the plan that I initially wanted - $39 for 20g of data at 4g speed. I would like a refund for that initial $35+ tax for the wrong plan that was applied to my account.

@Caitlin_C  You would be best to change plan for next renewal to the $39 plan but you can try support and see ..PM is pre paid so no prorating

are you certain of your dates ? That $39 plan wasn't even offered until recently. Check your dates.

you changed plans because you needed more data while on vaca. I really doubt you should even ask for refund.
