I changed my phone put the new SIM card in the phone works but I don’t have internet even though it says public mobile. Every site I go on says no internet connection. Thanks any help would be appreciated.

@Sladel , please check that the correct APN settings have been enabled. Edit/revise as needed. Check also that mobile data has been enabled and usage limit has not been reached (if one is set up).

@Sladel So did you just take the SIM card out of old phone and put it into the new phone ? Or did you get new SIM card too ? If you got new SIM card you need to sim swap the number in your account first profile page tap pencil next to “SIM” and follow prompts this can be done in the app too .

what phone do you have?
Reboot phone first and try Reset networks settings. If still fails, try changing the network mode to 4G and test, and try changing to 3G and test. See if either work
if not, move the sim card back to the old phone and test. If it works on the old, then something to do with the new one

so, it sounds like phone problem. Did you try Reset Network settings?
