I just changed my plan and I lost all my rewards Why?

no worries, from your screenshot, you are very safe

if you want to double check, click Rewards on My Account, then go to Rewards site from there and you will see everything showing the correct rewards.  In fact, that will also confirm the amount of rewards you will get next bill

if people on points, they won't see those line items

You must have joined public mobile new Points system that will take all your loyality,autopay etc points

@JuniorZandre I would check back in a day or so. The site is likely recalibrating your plan selections and your pre-existing rebates will appear once again. I probably understand how you're feeling right now but I wouldn't worry.

HI @JuniorZandre Look like this is the Upcoming bill section, wait 24 hours for it to update

But if you just change plan using Change Now, PM will charge you the full plan amount first, and you will see those rewards credited back into your account in the next couple days
