Change of address and E-mail not working

I'm trying to update my address and email for my Public Mobile account but it wont accept the city I live in

Only a CS_Agent can change the email address on your account once all credentials are confirmed. This is to avoid any illegal SIM swapping.

You are right about the city as there are some cities not available to select from pm list which is funny and odd.

@roblak open to ticket, should be done in 2 or 3 hours.  

 

and for city in the address, it does not really matter. PM does not really use it other than record keeping

Everyone has already said you need to contact customer support agents to change your email which is unfortunate as it wastes time for customers and support agents as we are not allowed to change it ourselves.

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@roblak  email updating must be done by CSA.

The address don't really matter in the grand scheme of things; perhaps just pick the closet location near you.
