I want to change the email address to something else on this account. I was able to change it. But now I want to change it to something else so my mom can add a plan.

are you trying to use an email address that might have used on another PM account before? maybe any account that already cancelled? The system will still keep the old email address and you will need agent to remove it before you can reuse it. Submit ticket with agent and they will check:

@Kenn2023 I wonder if it blocks you from that particular email address
Try again using Incgonito mode and try a different email address

@Kenn2023 can you try to log out of My Account, then open a tab in incognito/private mode to try again?

@Kenn2023 If you trying to reuse the same email as before then you will need supports help . You can only have one unique email per account . And any time I left and came back I used a different email

@Kenn2023 You can change your email in your account profile page tap manage ever safe and change the email there . But if you’re wanting to add a second account your need to create a whole new account with its own email for your mom . Only 1phone number per account with its own email
