What do I do?! I’ve tried 2 different cards, looked over everything, tried the app and the website and still!!! “Payment failed please try again with a different payment method”

Could this be an issue with the Postal Code + Billing Address by chance?

@Sashelle To many failed attempts and you should wait one full hour before trying again and when you do try incognito mode private mode or use a different device . Clear app cache or un install it and re install see if that helps . If no luck use this direct link to support to help update for you

Wait an hour and try again. And only try twice per hour. Is it possible that your postal code is from a new area?
