I'm a new PM customer. I just noticed the Black Friday deals and want to switch to the US-Canada-Mexico 50Gb 5G plan. It shows as $35 when just searching plans BUT when I clicked on 'change subscription' that particular plan doesn't show up. Any suggestions?

@Dan-PM If support won’t help you switch just change to the $30 plan immediately and then the $35 MEX plan will be available for you to switch to using the change in renewal option . It’s been confirmed here

I hope to get the $35 including Mex too. I have a $40 can us plan now but travel to Mexico more then US. The next offer is $55 at 100gb I don't need that. Good luck to you sir and I hope the cards fall in our favor. 🤞

I have the $36/50GB Canada-USA 5G plan. They didn't have a plan with Mexico included when I bought this 3 weeks ago. My current plan has 250 monthly long-distance minutes to China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, UK, which I don't need. Mexico would be useful for future vacations.

there are in fact 4 different Canada/US/Mex plans. The top 2 seems to be available for everyone, but the bottom 2 only available to some but not all of us
what plan amount do you currently on? if you have a plan $35 or below, there is a chance support might be able to help. If over $35, almost certain you won't get it

If you plan costs more then the $35 you may not be able to switch. You can always ask customer service but they might say no.

If your current plan costs more than $35 then you won't be able to switch to that plan yourself at this time.
You can either wait and see if they open it up to more customers closer to Black Friday or submit a support ticket to ask if they can switch it for you. But no guarantees as they often restrict switching to lower priced plans.
