Change Subscription on renewal didn't work

Change in subscription was done last month for the option to change on renewal. Today 19-June is my plan renewal date but subscription didn't change. Payment deducted as per pervious plan only. Can anyone please help resolving?

I can't  wait for another 30 days @dust2dust , hopefully @CS_Agent will change the plan today

I did @Handy1 and got response from @CS_Agent with the questions to change the plan. I have just answered and waiting for plan change by @CS_Agent

Do you see any evidence of the intended plan change? Were you changing down in plan cost? Are you willing to wait another 30 days? Set it up for the future change and then take a screenshot of the set change. I wonder if the plan change got dropped somehow with the new system.

Thanks @softech PM took the old plan amount confirmed with credit card. I need to contact PM support

@Handy1it says few seconds ago and the plan is still old, seems new plan hasn't been applied yet

@hlpnghnd   you sure PM took the old plan amount ?  Confirm with your credit card first

if so, it is possible that the new My Account update has cleared out the previously scheduled plan changed.

Since it is still day 1 of the new cycle,  PM support likely can help to change back to the plan you want, you just need to open ticket to engage them

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@hlpnghnd  If your renewal is today it’s possible system just hasn’t up dated yet but try this 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

@hlpnghnd - if today is your renewal day, wait until later this afternoon for your account to complete its renewal process to see it reflected on your account properly.

You may also check 611 for the data balance, as this may be an indication on what plan you are on.

Edit, where do you see the payment of the old amount was taken? In your My Account? If so, then it does appear the new plan did not register correctly.
