I'm looking to port my number over from Koodo, but I don't see the button on the My Account page.
Am I missing something?

That was changed in July. The website information wasn't updated.

It's on your profile page as shown above. Note the koodo prepaid vs postpaid warning message. Keep your koodo Sim card in your phone to reply YES to the PAT (porting authorization text) within 90 minutes of receiving it. Your port will complete almost immediately and your koodo Sim card will cease functioning and your account will automatically be canceled. Put your pm Sim card in your phone and reboot.

@gino188 try again using Incognito mode
Go to Profile Page and click Change Phone number or use this direct link (with Incognito mode)
