Having issues with a certified pre-owned I-Phone 8 bought in March? How to proceed?

In hindsight. Will an Apple store run diagnostic for you.  Should be no cost. 

Is it Telus or Mobile Klinik that is owned by Telus?

What direction have you had from a CSA?

Any one gone through the experience. No...but Telus does treat you very decently. 

Over our years we have bought a few refurbished electronics.....lesson learned......we never buy  refurbished “any thing”. Either pay full price or shop for second hand. While others will disagree with me.....all*  of my iPhones I have bought off of Craigslist, and I do have a list of questions, a list of IMEI checks, and I must buy at the sellers residence. 

 

*Lately we buy from family when they get new phones on their contract. 

 

@Habb you need to first open a ticket with PM to arrange.  

 

For CPO related issue, you have to message them directly

Bought an I-Phone 8 CPO from Public in mid-March & having issues. 

Looks like I have to seek out a Telus centre for repair.

I believe you ar eoutside the refund window but still within the warranty, they will direct you on how to get it serviced from here.

Hi @Habb with CPO issue,  you cannot open ticket with Chatbot.  Chatbot s broken for that type of ticket.  

 

Just open via direct message

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
