@Chriss_dale You posted another thread about this yesterday, here it is for continuity

I did that yesterday. I have a samsung. It's weird because it's normal some parts of the day. When I go into town this morning I'll see what service amd speed I have.

@Chriss_dale sounds like a network issue. But what phones you two have? Try Reset All Networks on your phone first. Also try to swap the sim cards and phones and test. Putting the sim cards in another phones could force a sim re-provision and might resolve your problem

Recently I've noticed my cell service dropping multiple times a day and internet speed it slow but it goes back and forth from good to bad and my mother has telus and her phone does the same thing. I live in Southern ontario.

@Chriss_dale Also my moms phone is with telus and it's the same thing. Which is owned by bell I believe
Public Mobile is owned by Telus but Telus is not owned by Bell although they do share some towers. My PM connection (Ontario) is fine but trying to log in to a bank about an hour ago resulted in the 2FA timing out for some reason so I wonder if there is a slow down somewhere.

@Chriss_dale have a look at the Telus outage map for your location, could be some interruptions.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Something else you can try is selecting to connect to 3G only

HI @Chriss_dale
Try Reset All networks on the phone first
and what Network mode you are using now? Try 4G and 5G and check if any better
